Due to the economic crisis…instead of a secret santa, I suggested having a cookie swap. Those that would like to participate…wonderful, those that don’t…bah humbug! So, I’ve never made cookies from scratch!

I’ve found a recipe that suits me. It may be a little daring, but we shall see! I’ve yet to come up with a name for them, but they do have peanut butter in them. Of course! What an adventure!
