Monday follow up visit to good ol’ Kaiser Orthopedic Department went well.
Off with the boot and into an ankle brace. I am healing well and right on track to be back to normal within a month. With 5 daily exercises to do at home to improve strength, mobility and awareness.
I must admit I’m happy to have the OPTION to be more active. Play with the kids, teach PE, ride my bike and get back to the gym. These are all things I took for granted.
