Breaking even!


 

Aside from my week-long cold, I feel great! I only got one work out in and still lost 1.2 lbs. Granted, I GAINED that last week, bit now I’m even!

I am hoping that this coming week I will be back to my typical schedule of working out at least 4 times! I went for a 40 minute walk with Otis this morning! It didn’t feel to great, physically, but in my head I felt great afterward.

Here’s to a great week, despite the weather! Keep losing,,,
