walk walk walk…


I need to get moving again…

I am not super big, but I have gained weight since the break up diet!! I would like to be more active and get my heart more healthy. I'm sure, in the process I will shed some pounds as well!!

I half ass started last week! But I vow to dedicate more time and energy to it this week!! My plan tomorrow? Tackle "the hill" after work…we shall see!!
